High Key post processing

Hi Ben, I could not find high key using search so I think High Key images would make a good topic, brief intro into how to capture the photo exposure wise, then detail on how to post process in Adobe Photoshop. I have seen several different methods on the web so thinking there must be a best way to achieve a high ley look, maybe even a Photoshop action? I have some images of Arctic Terns that would look great with a good High Key process technique.
