The “Pasted on” look

Hi Ben

Sometimes when I do some adjustments to one area and then another, one item looks “Pasted on”

An easy example is doing an exposure adjustment with select subject then a counterbalanced adjustment with select select background

I’ve tried different things to fix this particular issue but it still gets the better of me sometimes. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
