Lightroom unplugged

How to efficiently and effectively use Lightroom mobile while travelling, and synch to Lightroom at home. I have limited bandwidth at home, so I usually only synch a few photos through the cloud (the select few I edit on the road), then upload the rest when I get home, but I’m often faced with duplicates.
