Intermediate Panoramas

In this lesson we look at how to go beyond Lightroom and Adobe Camera Raw’s (ACR) panorama stitching capabilities. I’ll show you one automated alternative and then demonstrate how to manually stitch a panorama for when all automated methods fail. We’ll also look at methods for stitching and correcting distortion on panoramas shot with a fisheye lens. You’ll then see how the Adaptive Wide Angle filter can also be used to correct distortion.

Note: The downloadable practice files for this lesson have been compressed into two .zip files. After downloading the files, you’ll need to double-click on each .zip file to extract its contents before attempting to use the images.
